The "UR Cristiano" channel became the first YouTube channel to reach one million subscribers in the first two hours, shattering other records in the process.

The "UR Cristiano" channel surpassed Hamster Kombat's previous record of over 10 million subscribers by the end of the day, having grown its subscriber base to over 6 million in just six hours. It's interesting to note that Kombat's channel needed more than seven days to accomplish this feat.
More than 18 million people were subscribers to Ronaldo's channel as of the time of writing. It's interesting to note that Lionel Messi, Ronaldo's contemporary and eight-time Ballon d'Or winner, also has a YouTube account with 2.27 million followers as of right now, despite the channel's debut in 2006.
