Users of Microsoft Windows systems are experiencing disruptions worldwide due to a CrowdStrike outage.

"Our Engineers are actively working to resolve this issue and there is no need to open a support ticket," Crowdstrike stated after acknowledging the blunder. They said that they will notify as soon as the problem is fixed.

A bug in the cybersecurity platform Falcon, which protects Windows systems, is the reason for the outage. The outage is causing disruptions for people and businesses in Australia, Japan, India, and other nations. The disruption had an impact on several news organizations, airplane operators, and participants in the Indian stock market. A number of people posted screenshots of their screens with the Blue Screen of Death error on social media.
